Founded in 2011, Finegan Consulting is one of the three consulting firms that make up the Finegan Group, an independent international player working to secure the financial ecosystem.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of experts and enthusiasts in our field. You will be trained on our core business and our methodologies. You will have the opportunity to rapidly increase your responsibilities in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment.

Depending on your experience and skills, you may be asked to perform the following tasks and responsibilities as part of your job:

Preliminary studies of feasibility, deviations from regulations, opportunities related to innovation
Recommendations on strategy and payment offers
Collection of user requirements, design of solutions, workshops with experts, functional specifications, business cases, user guides
Management of the technical integration of payment solutions (new payment instruments, modernization, migrations)
Management of complex projects or programs and change management
The different missions will give you the opportunity to work on open banking, correspondent banking, SEPA instant, SWIFT gpi, TARGET 2 migration, PSD & PSD2, ISO20022.
You will have the opportunity to actively participate in the development of the firm and contribute to the development of product/service offers around payment methods and associated services. You will be responsible for your missions, always accompanied by managers with strong business experience.

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

Ideally, you :

Have 2 to 5 years of experience
Are Fluent in English and French
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with key project stakeholders
Have previous experience in payments, as well as previous experience in consulting, business analysis, audit, project or product management, treasury is an additional asset
Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse groups
Have a Master’s degree in finance, management, business administration, economics or any equivalents
Have the ability to analyze complex problems in client engagements and provide insightful and practical solutions in a structured manner
Have excellent analytical skills
Be a self-starter, responsive, dynamic and curious
The following knowledge is a real asset: PSD2, SEPA, Instant Payments, SWIFT, EBICS, Web banking, card issuing and/or acquiring, national and international schemes, innovative payments, mobile payments, knowledge of software packages in the electronic payments market and of the exchange of flows in transaction systems.
